Simon has been nominated for a Golden Globe in the category of BEST PERFORMANCE BY AN ACTOR IN A TELEVISION SERIES – DRAMA for The Mentalist. Congratulations Simon! We’re excited for you!

As previously reported, Starz/Anchor Bay is preparing the well-received ‘Not Forgotten‘ starring Simon Baker from ‘The Mentallist’ to Blu-ray on November 3, and now we have the packaging art.

The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a Dolby TrueHD 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements will include an audio commentary, a behind-the-scenes featurette, and a theatrical trailer.

Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $34.98.
